The Teen Scene Account is available to young adults between the ages of 13 and 18 and offers the following:
- Teens earn rewards for reaching progressive savings levels:
- $1,000 - Free Movie Ticket
- $3,000 - $10.00 Target Gift Card
- $5,000 – $15.00 Best Buy Gift Card
- Student Checking Account with ATM/Visa Check Card for teens ages 16+. Requires reading the Checking Account Management Education packet, signing an affidavit and taking a quiz. A parent or legal guardian must serve as joint signer. First box of checks is free and the monthly service charge is waived.
- Student Teen Scene Student Loan for teens 13 – 18. Requires reading Loan/Credit Education packet, signing an affidavit and taking the Teen Scene Loan quiz. A parent or legal guardian must serve as joint signer. Loan limits are $500 for middle school students and $1,000 for high school students. Interest rate is the same as the Share Secured loan rate with a maximum term of 18 months. All loans must be co-signed by a qualified sponsoring member or legal guardian.
